bs2b-ladspa software package provides Bauer stereophonic-to-binaural DSP LADSPA plugin, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bs2b-ladspa
bs2b-ladspa is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bs2b-ladspa package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bs2b-ladspa *
